For the second year running, the Owner Support team at Holiday Inn Club Vacations has been recognized by global company J.D. Power for providing “An Outstanding Customer Service Experience” for Phone support in 2023.

The rigorous J.D. Power certification program uses a series of national benchmarks to measure excellence in customer service.
