La Palapa at The Royal Cancun, La Veranda at The Royal Sands and Sol Grill at The Royal Haciendas will have a Fiesta Mexicana on September 15, Independence Night.

Cayo Largo at The Royal Islander will have the Rincon Mexicano or Mexican corner with mouthwatering recipes for guests to enjoy.

Be sure to order chiles en nogada at Hacienda Sisal this month. This year, our Mexican restaurant is offering a traditional buffet on September 16 with live Mexican music. Traditional cuisine includes an assortment of antojitos or snacks such as flautas, salbutes and tacos, cochinita pibil or marinated roast pork from the Yucatan, birria stew and much more.

Look for more delicious dining at The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas on September 13, which is International Chocolate Day. There will be poolside paella on September 20 to mark International Paella Day. On September 29, International Corn Day, our chefs will pay tribute to Mexico’s staple crop with a selection of tasty dishes.
