Toast Mexico’s national spirit, tequila, as our mixologists show you how to make two great cocktails called Mexico en la Piel y Paloma Negra. Prepare them for your next Mexican fiesta.
In the cooking class with the chef, get tips on how to make the best guacamole for your fiesta, fajitas or BBQ. If you are a seafood fan, see how to prepare aguachile, a recipe from the Pacific coast of Mexico that you can use for fish, shrimp, octopus and even lobster, or your own combination. With the catch of the day and the flavors of lime juice, coriander, cucumber, red onion and a touch of chili, it is really fresh and vibrant.
Both classes are on Monday and Wednesday from 2 to 3 p.m. in the multiuse area in Phase 1. Join the class, reservations are not required (maximum capacity 30 guests.
