The Royal Haciendas and Grand Residences restaurants achieved the perfect score of 100% in the annual Distintivo H review of the kitchens and food storage facilities.

The restaurants at The Royal Sands, The Royal Cancun, The Royal Islander and Hacienda Sisal also scored 100% in the 2020 inspections.

Distintivo H is a Mexico Tourism Board quality certification program for restaurants and hotel kitchens with regular inspections to review hygiene standards and food handling and storage facilities.
