Terms and conditions

• The REFINE All-inclusive package must be purchased for everyone staying in the unit (villa, suite or room).
• The 7 days for the price of 6 days promotion is valid for a 7-day purchase of the REFINE package. In the event of a shorter stay the promotion does not apply and you will be charged the daily rate.
• No refunds are given for canceled days.
• The 7 days for the price of 6 days promotion is valid for purchases of the REFINE package through email, the website, contact center and at the Front Desk at The Royal Cancun, The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas.
• The 7 days for the price of 6 days promotion is not valid with other REFINE All-Inclusive promotions such as the Multiweek rate.
• The REFINE package is optional for guests staying in a member’s unit with or without the member being present, i.e., as an Owner Loan. If the member is present, all guests staying with him/her and in villas in his/her group have access to the special member rate.
  However, if the member is not present, this member benefit is only available for the children, the spouse or parents of the member should they decide to purchase the package. Other guests staying on an Owner Loan will not have access to the exclusive member rate.
