Start your meal with an array of Mexican appetizers such as empanadas, tacos, tostadas, sopes and guacamole prepared tableside or try the vegetarian ceviche with a light citrus dressing.
The selection of main courses ranges from chicken with authentic Oaxaca-style chocolate-chili mole sauce and mixiotes, which are pieces of slow-cooked lamb in agave leaf parcels, to roast pork carnitas.
The famous Yucatecan dish cochinita pibil is also a popular choice – it is pork marinated in achiote spice rub, wrapped in banana leaves and baked until it is so tender that it falls off the bone.
