Captain’s Cove, our popular lagoonside restaurant has a brand new menu full of delicious seafood dishes for you to try on your next vacation.
Fresh lobster, shrimp, fish, calamari, octopus, mussels and clams are all on the menu served in a selection of show stopping dishes.
Starters include pescadillas, ceviche and carpaccio, mussels in white wine, tasty arancini rice balls, paté and a mini burger trilogy. The clam chowder is a Captain’s Cove classic.
Order the Caribbean lobster grilled or lobster and shrimp risotto or pasta. The Caribbean coconut shrimp is an all-time favorite. The whole fried fish with rice, pickled red onion, salsa and tortillas is the perfect Mexican Caribbean-style dish or try the Mediterranean-style baked whole fish and the almond-crusted snapper. You can also ask for the catch of the day or shrimp to be cooked to order and served with your favorite sauce.
From lobster enchiladas to seared tuna, Atlantic salmon and a hearty seafood casserole for two, there’s plenty to choose from and prime steaks too for meat lovers.
