Over the years, numerous owners have approached Royal Resorts management with ideas concerning what should happen when the initial 30-year Membership period for The Royal Mayan ends in week 52, 2013. As you have seen throughout the years, Royal Resorts management is always interested in capturing Member feedback and as a result has recently launched a survey among Members of The Royal Mayan, The Royal Caribbean and The Royal Islander to review some of the many options that have been presented to Royal Resorts management over the years.

This study is being conducted on behalf of Royal Resorts by The Research Intelligence Group, an international market research consulting group. Participation in this survey, like all surveys conducted by the Research Intelligence Group, will be strictly confidential; you will never be solicited on the basis of participating in this survey or indeed any Royal Resorts surveys.

The purpose of this survey is not necessarily to “pick a winner” but rather to identify a set of options for further consideration by Royal Resorts management and to better understand what you most value given changes in market conditions due to larger economic factors. As with all important decisions, such as this, Royal Resorts will continue to keep you up to date on this topic throughout its progress.

Please note: As this survey was conducted online, electronic invitations were sent to Members in good standing of The Royal Mayan, The Royal Caribbean and The Royal Islander only. If you are a Member of one of these three resorts and did not receive an electronic invitation then we probably do not have your current email address on file.
