We asked the barman at Hacienda Sisal to give us the recipes for two of this Mexican restaurant’s signature cocktails. Try them for your own Independence Night toast to Mexico and on your next Cancun visit.

Jamaiquina
- 4 oz Jamaica hibiscus petal drink
- 3 slices of lime
- 4 slices of fresh grapefruit
- 1 ½ oz of artisanal mezcal from Oaxaca
- ½ oz natural sugar syrup
Mix and serve chilled. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a cinnamon stick.
Lime Temptation
- 1½ oz Gran Jurado Reposado Tequila
- ½ oz lime juice
- Dash of agave nectar syrup
- 4 oz ginger ale
Mix and serve, garnish with a slice of caramelized lime skin and a sprig of mint.
