When booking additional days, please be aware that a minimum length of stay is enforced for certain high demand rental weeks and applies to members and non-member renters.
The use of a minimum length of stay was implemented by the Reservations Center in order to efficiently occupy each villa for as many nights as possible each week. It applies for company-controlled villas and the units that members deposit in our rental program.
As our top priority, members will always have a more favorable minimum length of stay with fewer days than non-member renters.
Length-of-stay minimums are industry practice and vary from season to season and are based on market demand for rental units. Enforcement has helped increase occupancy for member units enrolled in the rental program.
When members make a rental reservation, they will be informed if a minimum length of stay is in effect for the days they have selected.
