The In Search of Excellence Guest Satisfaction Survey that members and guests have traditionally filled out at the end of their vacation is now online and the printed version has been discontinued. This is part of Royal Resorts’ ongoing campaign to use technology instead of paper wherever possible, thus helping to protect the planet, optimize costs and improve the check out service we offer members and guests. By using the online survey, we will also be able to follow up on your comments or complaints more quickly and effectively.
Starting this month, the Guest Satisfaction Survey is being sent to departing members and guests via e-mail. They will click on the link to the online survey, complete the form and press “send” and their name will automatically be entered in the draw to win a week’s stay at Royal Resorts.
We would ask all members to take a moment during their vacation to confirm with Reception staff that the email address we have on record for them is correct. Members who do not receive an email from Royal Resorts after their stay should check that it is not in their junk mail folder.
