Our most luxurious private residence club is celebrating its first anniversary. Grand Residences opened on December 7, 2013 and since then it has received glowing reviews from owners, guests and industry leaders alike.
Excellent guest ratings meant that it rapidly rose through the list of Trip Advisor hotels in the Riviera Maya and in only eight months it was the No. 1 resort out of 350 hotels, including world-famous properties that are the preferred hideaways of Hollywood stars, famous models or musicians.
In October, Grand Residences received the prized Silver Magellan Award from Travel Weekly and it has been covered in magazines and online portals such as Recommend, Luxury Travel Advisor, Elite Traveler, Huffington Post, Caribbean Journal, Canadian Living, About.com and Examiner.com during the year. It was also present at the Cancun & Riviera Maya Wine & Food Festival, major trade shows like the World Travel Market in London and star-studded charity events such as the Friars Club Foundation Gala and the Basel Art Fair, held in New York and Miami respectively.
