Originally from Le Mans in France, Chef Cozic trained at the famous École Supérieure de Cuisine Française Ferrandi in Paris. He first came out to Mexico for his best friend’s wedding in 2004 and instantly fell in love with the land and the people. The following year he left France and traveled to Mexico City in search of work. He was recruited by Au Pied de Cochon, a famous French restaurant in one of the city’s leading hotels, starting as Sous Chef and working his way up to become Executive Chef.
Chef Cozic’s cuisine at Grand Residences is inspired by the fresh and vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean and the classics of his homeland with a contemporary twist. He works his magic with the finest seafood, steaks and locally sourced ingredients and the result is perfection.
