From May 6 to 9, Cancún and the Riviera Maya played host to the Tianguis Turístico, Mexico’s leading Travel Fair and one of the most important events in the world tourism calendar.
This year, delegates for 784 companies from 60 countries gathered in Cancún to meet hoteliers, travel agency and tourism representatives from the area and other leading destinations in the country. The event was attended by 8,000 people and is expected to bring new flights to the Mexican Caribbean and boost tourism business to Mexico considerably.
On May 8, Grand Residences gave a cocktail for Tianguis delegates and dignitaries. They were also shown the property and met with General Manager Carlo Bicaci.
