You can also register to receive emails from us detailing new benefits and services and attend an informative seminar during your next stay.
As part of our new First to Know campaign, we are sending emails to give our members more news about the Royal Resorts Signature Club, helpful “How to” videos and important information about other Royal Resorts topics.
Upon check in to the resort you’ll receive your complimentary copy of the Welcome Home Guide, which includes a section for Members called Pool Talk with more resort news, fast facts and Royal Resorts Signature Club information. When you are in your villa, be sure to browse through Royal Resorts Life, our annual magazine, and the Resort Tips in-room guide to services and resort rules. Your Concierge will also have a copy of the pocket size Concierge Guide for you with details of member discounts at Royal Resorts restaurants and other fine establishments in Cancun or Playa del Carmen.
During your stay, you are cordially invited to attend one of our weekly First to Know seminars for an update on programs implemented at the resorts in the last two years and a question and answer session, or the new Getting to Know Signature Club seminars (ask your Concierge for days, times and locations for both events). Watch the Royal Channel (channel 3 for shows in English) and stay posted for webinars during the year.
