The Royal Resorts app is a great tool to use before and during your vacation.

Before you travel

With the Royal Resorts app, you can check your reservation and stay dates, preregister to save time at check-in and book airport transportation. If you are going to need a crib, high chair, a wheelchair or shower aids for mobility-challenged guests, you can send a special request to the Guest Services team at your resort.

Start thinking about what you would like to do on vacation by looking at the activity programs for adults, teens and children, restaurant menus, the spa treatment collection, the Thomas More Travel website, and more.

During your stay

Plan daily activities for you and the children with the Activity Center and Kids Club programs. Make restaurant reservations and order Room Service. Choose a spa treatment or your favorite massage for a morning of pampering at Alea Spa.

Save time at checkout, avoid standing in line

You can check out on the app as early as the day before departure starting at 12 p.m.

It’s easy and convenient and will save you time on departure day. Log in to the app, check your room account and follow the instructions to pay with your credit card. It’s secure and quick. Once you have settled your bill, you can even use the app to request assistance from the Bellboy and get your departure slip.
