The renovation of the first 100 villas at The Royal Sands is underway and is on track for completion by the end of the year.

The walls and doors in more than 70 units have already been repainted in the color scheme selected for the redesign and all 100 villas have new curtains. To date, the new quartz counter tops and cabinet doors have also been installed in more than 15 kitchens.

What will the renovated units at The Royal Sands look like?

The contemporary design selected features tones of beige, green and grey and accents of aqua, jade and turquoise. Both bedrooms will have new furniture, headboards, lamps and bedspreads. The living and dining area will be given a complete makeover with a new sofa and cushions, tables, lamps, curtains, art and the addition of a mirror in the niche by the front door. The kitchen cabinets and counter tops are also being resurfaced and the dining room chairs and living room wall cabinet will be repainted and restyled.

The terrace furniture will also be replaced as part of the renovation.
