Resort Advisory Council meeting reports

Fitness Center and Villa Spa at The Royal Cancun
The fitness center and villa spa at The Royal Cancun started 2025 in a new location. Members and guests will find the Fitness Center in Villa 1311 and Alea Villa Spa in Villa 1312, on the ground floor of Building 13.
Peso exchange at Royal Resorts
As part of our cashless resort policy, and for your safety and convenience, you can now obtain pesos at a competitive exchange rate using conveniently located bank* ATMs in the lobbies of our four resorts in Mexico. The Front Desk no longer offers the currency exchange service.
You can withdraw pesos at any time of the day using a debit or credit card with no passport required, no waiting in line at the Front Desk and no daily cash limit.

Paying your bill at the end of your stay
Use the Royal Resorts app and your credit card to pay your room bill at the end of your stay and avoid waiting in line at check out. If you are going to settle your account at the Front Desk, debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and Mexican pesos are accepted.
Inter-resort visits
If you are planning a visit to one of the other resorts during your stay, please remember to take your debit or credit card to pay for meals, drinks, and any other purchases you may make during the day, Refine surcharges for premium dishes and drinks and tips. The room charge option is only available at the resort you are staying at.
Members and guests with the REFINE package staying at The Royal Cancun or The Royal Sands can enjoy their all-inclusive benefits at both Cancun resorts. However, their package does not cover restaurants and bars at The Royal Haciendas. A credit or debit card is required if you visit the Riviera Maya resort.
The Refine package at The Royal Haciendas only applies at restaurants, bars and other dining experiences at the resort. If you visit the Cancun resorts, please take your credit or debit card.
