Theme Dining at La Palapa del Sol
La Palapa del Sol will soon be offering a new theme night on Friday. Brazilian night will replace Mediterranean night and diners will be able to enjoy Rodizio grilled beef and lamb on skewers, bolinhos or shrimp cakes, plantain crisps, coxinha de pollo or chicken cooked in a savory dough, toasted cassava, Brazilian cheese bread and other tasty traditional dishes with the rich tropical flavors of this South American country.
