Staying with us over the summer? Here are some tempting dining options for you to try during your Royal Resorts vacation.

Eastern Flavors: Kinoko
Plan a visit to Kinoko, the new restaurant at The Royal Haciendas for an evening that celebrates the diversity of Asian cuisine. The menu showcases a selection of mouthwatering dishes from Japan, China, Korea and Thailand.

You can also order your favorite sushi and watch the chef make it or book your table for the Teppanyaki and Shabu-shabu dining experiences. Kinoko is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 5:30 to 10 p.m.

Lobster Night
The perfect Caribbean evening: open-air dining, candlelight and fresh lobster. Try the new Cayo Largo Lobster Night on Sunday at The Royal Islander, La Palapa at The Royal Cancun on Monday and Captain’s Cove on Friday.

El Conquistador
This Royal Resorts favorite at The Royal Islander unveils a new menu at the end of July with more show stopper dishes to tempt your palate. Live guitar music with Jorge Duran. Open 5:30 to 11 p.m. (closed Saturday).

Seafood Sensations
A Cancun classic! Captain’s Cove serves up the freshest seafood in a lagoonside setting. Watch the sunset on the deck and order your favorite dishes from the menu. Whether it is shrimp, calamari, lobster, tuna or the local catch of the day, it is sure to be delicious. Open daily: 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Down Mexico Way
Save space for an evening in Hacienda Sisal for traditional Mexican cuisine and a specialty margarita. From tacos and to chicken in mole chocolate-chili sauce. Live Mexican music on Tuesday and Thursday.

Rincón Urbano: The Royal Haciendas serves up grill favorites for lunch
Wherever you are in the world, from big cities to bustling markets, beaches or Caribbean islands, the local street food menu invariably includes something sizzling and tasty off the grill. Rincón Urbano or Urban Corner is The Royal Haciendas take on these popular dishes. Try these new lunch specials during the week at Sol Grill and Luna Grill. They are available from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and the current line up includes:

Sunday: Paella and BBQ, Sol Grill
Monday: Pastor-style Pork Tacos, Luna Grill
Friday: Jerk Chicken, Sol Grill

The Luna Grill kiosk also serves beef, pork, chicken and shrimp tacos during the week.
