With the reopening of Grand Residences on July 4, all the Royal Resorts are now open and ready to welcome you back for a much-needed Mexican Caribbean vacation.
Grand Residences staff and management representatives welcomed arriving owners, members and guests to our Puerto Morelos resort with applause, music, cocktails and more.
As with our other resorts, Grand Residences opens with the new Royal Care Standard health and safety protocols in place for the protection of guests and staff.
All the Royal Resorts and Grand Residences receive Clean & Safe Check certification
The Royal Care Standard, our new level of care and hygiene, follows World Health Organization and Mexican Department of Health hygiene guidelines. The Royal Sands, The Royal Haciendas, The Royal Cancun, The Royal Islander and Grand Residences by Royal Resorts have now received the Clean and Safe Check certificate from the Quintana Roo Tourism Board and Department of Health.
This official certificate also has the Safe Travels seal of approval from the World Travel & Tourism Council.
Cancun, the Riviera Maya and the Mexican Caribbean were the first destinations in the Americas to receive the Safe Travels Global Security Stamp issued by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC) and backed by the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) for their adherence to new international sanitary security protocols.
