The breathtaking beachfront setting, spacious residences and array of amenities that owners will have at their fingertips so impressed representatives of this prestigious luxury hospitality organization that it was chosen to be one of the new affiliate properties in 2011. A Leading Hotels of the World plaque now has pride of place beside the entrance to the model Residence at The Royal Sands.
Founded in 1928 and with its headquarters in New York, The Leading Hotels of the World is the largest collection of its kind, representing more than 450 of the world’s finest hotels, resorts and spas in 80 countries. Emblem hotels include restored palaces and intimate boutique properties, larger resorts, secluded island hideaways and even jungle lodges. To be considered for affiliation, applicants must meet the most exacting standards of luxury, service and hospitality and provide an unparalleled vacation experience. The inspection process is rigorous and Grand Residences achieved 96 points out of 100 in the survey.
Grand Residences by Royal Resorts received further praise from Dr. Richard Ragatz, a highly respected feasibility analyst and market researcher in the real estate industry.
