At Royal Resorts we have been making system updates that will allow us to focus our efforts on amenities and offerings that will truly enhance your vacation experience. We would like to share information about some policy changes affecting inter-resort visits.
REFINE All-inclusive package
Staring November 30, 2024, members and guests with the REFINE package staying at The Royal Sands or The Royal Cancun will be able to sue their all-inclusive package at both Cancun resorts, but The Royal Haciendas will no longer be included. They are welcome to visit The Royal Haciendas, but any food or drink orders must be paid for at the end of the meal using a credit or debit card.
Members and Guests with the REFINE package staying at The Royal Haciendas will be able to use their all-inclusive package at the resort, but the other resorts will no longer be included. They may visit the two sister resorts in Cancun, but any food or drink orders must be paid for at the end of the meal using a credit or debit card.
All-in Grand Package at Grand Residences
Grand Residences guests with the All-in Grand all-inclusive package may now use their package at Grand Residences dining venues only, including theme nights. Grand Residences guests are welcome to visit The Royal Haciendas, The Royal Sands and The Royal Cancun. Any food or drink orders must be paid for at the end of the meal using a credit or debit card.
European Plan (room only) stays
For Members and Guests staying European Plan (room only), the room-key charge option will only be available at the resort where they are staying; it has been eliminated for inter-resort visits. A credit or debit card will now be required to pay for meals, drinks and other purchases at our other resorts.
Room Charges
The room charge policy has changed for all guests, whether they are staying with an all-inclusive package or not. Guests may only charge purchases to their room if they are made at the resort where they are staying. Purchases made at other resorts must be paid for with a credit or debit card, this includes tips.
Please note that purchases made at Thomas More Travel or Alea Spa may still be charged to the room, regardless of where guests are staying.
The food and beverage department will focus on continuing to enhance the dining variety at each of our resorts in order to offer members and guests the vacation experience that they have come to expect from Royal Resorts.
If you have any questions about these policy changes, please contact the Guest Services Manager during your next visit or email Membership Services at info@royalresorts.com.
