41. Legends such as the Aluxes and Xtabay from the Yucatan Peninsula and La Llorona or weeping woman of central Mexico.
42. Guadalajara, pearl of the west, Mexico’s second largest city, rich in traditions, where the mariachis play and the tequila flows.
43. The colonial churches, museums, handicrafts, cuisine and ancient cultures of Oaxaca, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
44. Each summer, the Mexican Caribbean welcomes the whale sharks, the largest fish in the ocean, gentle giants that migrate to the area to feast on plankton and fish roe. Biologists believe that this is the largest whale shark gathering in the world.

46. Mexico is the country with the largest number of pyramids in the world.
