Book your table and prepare to enjoy a selection of dishes including French onion soup and Caesar salad, beef carpaccio and seafood-stuffed mushrooms au gratin, Chilean salmon in mustard and tarragon sauce, Diane-style beef medallions, coffee-crusted fish fillet or chicken breast with lobster filling, among others. They all have a wine pairing featuring sauvignon blanc from Chile, chardonnay from Australia, Malbec from Argentina and White Zinfandel from Mexico.
The perfect finale to your meal is the trilogy of mini desserts – crème brûlée, creamy El Conquistador chocolate fondant and Key Lime Pie.
