Making Restaurant Reservations
We know that many members like to make reservations in advance to dine at their favorite Royal Resorts signature restaurants – El Conquistador, Hacienda Sisal, Captain’s Cove, La Trattoria in Cancun and Los Murales and Kinoko in The Royal Haciendas. Here is the Restaurant Reservations Policy on reservations. These rules were implemented to ensure that all our members have amazing dining experiences during their vacation:
Members may make reservations in advance up to one month prior to arrival at their resort to dine at signature restaurants for the first three nights of their stay. You can reserve using the Royal Resorts app, by calling the Restaurant Reservations Center via phone or email restaurants@royalresorts.com or by contacting your Concierge.
During your stay, you may make reservations for three evenings in a row, starting from the day when you make the initial reservation. For example, if you are in the resort on a Tuesday, you can book a table for three nights, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. If you wish to make additional bookings later in your stay, you are welcome to do so, the same three in three rule will apply. To use our example again, if you reserved for Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, on Thursday or Friday you could request additional reservations for three more days.
If you are booking a table to celebrate a special event such as a birthday or anniversary, one of the three available nights may be used to reserve on this specific date.
If there is a last-minute change of plans and you are not going to be able to go to dinner, please call the Restaurant Reservations Center at ext. 165 to let staff know so that they can reassign your table to someone on the waiting list.
Reserving in advance for our signature restaurants is a member benefit
A same-day reservation policy applies for guests who are not members. They cannot make reservations in advance.
