Stuffed fish

A celebration of the sea, fresh whole fish with a delicious shrimp filling and sauce.

Capirotada

A creamy Mexican dessert which is traditionally served on Good Friday. First introduced to the country during the colonial period, indigenous cultures soon experimented, adding their own spices and flavorings and making it their own. Resembling bread pudding, it is made with layers of bread soaked in piloncillo (whole cane sugar) syrup, raisins, fruit, cinnamon, anise, nuts, seeds and melted cheese.

Cocktail for a cause

Our April cocktail in support of the Royal Resorts Foundation is the Red Berry Mezcalita. Order it at any of our resorts and bars and a donation will be made to help fund educational scholarships, cancer screening, conservation and the employee relief fund.
