Royal Resorts members staying at their home resort will be able to visit Royal Uno during their Cancun vacation and enjoy the many dining experiences it offers. Day and Dinner Passes will be available for purchase. Here are the options depending on different stay types.

Royal Resorts members with the REFINE package

If you are staying at The Royal Sands, The Royal Cancun or The Royal Haciendas and purchased the REFINE package you will be able to dine at Royal Uno restaurants with a Pass. Full Day Passes and Dinner Passes will be available and additional charges apply. Reservations will be required for dinner. Passes are subject to availability based on occupancy levels at Royal Uno. The rates are as follows:

Members at The Royal Sands, The Royal Cancun and The Royal Haciendas with REFINE package

Day passes for members at The Royal Islander

Members at The Royal Islander and their guests will be able to visit Royal Uno with a Day Pass to enable them to use the Spa and Uno Fitness Center (additional charges will apply for the Spa) . The Day Pass gives access to the buffets at Os® and the Snack Shack, drinks at the bars, use of the pools and Uno Fitness Center. With a Dinner Pass, they will be able to make reservations to dine in the restaurants. (See below for Day and Dinner Pass rates).
The Royal Islander members will have free access to the Doctor’s Office at Royal Uno (fees apply for medical services) and will also be able to walk to Kukulcan Boulevard via Royal Uno. The route has yet to be designated.

Royal Resorts members who do not have the REFINE package

Royal Resorts members staying at The Royal Islander and members at The Royal Sands, The Royal Cancun or The Royal Haciendas who do not have the REFINE all-inclusive package will be able to purchase a Day Pass or Dinner Pass to be able to enjoy the resort installations. Reservations are required for Palotinte®, Aora® and Miamare® restaurants.

Royal Resorts Members who do not have the REFINE All-Inclusive package and Grand Residences owners with European Plan stays (Room only)

Grand Residences owners and members

Grand Residences owners and members will be able to visit Royal Uno during their vacation with a Day Pass or Dinner Pass (see rates above). If they have the All-in Grand dining package no additional charges will apply.

Royal Resorts Members and Signature Club members staying at Royal Uno

If you are a Signature Club member and you are due to stay at Royal Uno, you will be able to visit the other resorts during your vacation and dine at select restaurants that feature the REFINE All-Inclusive dining option.

The Royal Uno all-inclusive daily rate you pay varies depending on whether you have a Royal Uno membership with Signature Club Platinum privileges, a Platinum membership at The Royal Cancun, The Royal Sands or The Royal Haciendas or a Signature Club Elite or President’s Circle membership at Grand Residences. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of Signature Club benefits including the Signature Lounge for Members and other perks.

Non-member rental guests at Royal Uno

Non-member rental guests staying at Royal Uno will not have access to the other resorts. The only exceptions to this are if they are issued with a Day Pass after attending a Sales presentation.

Visitors invited to Royal Uno by Royal Resorts Members who are guests

The Royal Uno Day/Dinner Pass rates for non-member visitors invited by Royal Resorts Members is: Day or Dinner Pass US$120 for adults, Day Pass US$69 for teens, Dinner Pass US$79 for teens, Day Pass or Dinner Pass $39 per child.

Non-member rental guests at the other resorts

Rental guests at the other resorts who are not members will not have access to Royal Uno unless they have a Day Pass authorized by the Sales and Marketing department.
