Ancient Mexican Flavors

On Friday evening at The Royal Haciendas, embark on a culinary journey into the past with a selection of dishes from the north, center and south of Mexico all prepared using locally sourced ingredients, time-honored recipes and cooking techniques.

Dishes include whole fish baked in corn leaves, mixiotes, pumpkin flower, wild mushroom and beef skewers and chicken tlatonil, a dish with sesame and pumpkin seed and chili sauce from Veracruz, and more.

If you love Mexico and its World Heritage cuisine there’s more traditional food to sample, live music and folk dances on Monday during Mexican Night.

La Costa Amalfitana, a new Italian evening at The Royal Haciendas

The La Costa Amalfitana Italian theme night in La Palapa del Sol is a mouthwatering spread of classic dishes with the fragrance of lemon, basil, tomato and other irresistible flavors, seafood, pastas, pizzas, and desserts.
