The Royal Haciendas Resident Manager Sandra Aguilar won the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Customer Experience Champion of 2024 award at an event held in Orlando, Fl.
The Customer Experience Champion award celebrates outstanding team leadership. Sandra has consistently collaborated with the Holiday Inn Club Vacations Customer Experience team using insights and analyzing data to take actions to enhance the guest experience at the resort. Her work in the development and implementation of the new guest experience survey which was launched in the fall of 2024, was also recognized.
Sandra joined the Royal Resorts team in 1996 and has been at the helm at The Royal Haciendas since 2010. As team leader at The Royal Haciendas, she has a philosophy of excellence in service and a commitment to creating unforgettable moments for members, guests and their families. She shares her vision, ideas and passion with team members, encouraging them to contribute ideas and to always go that extra mile to make each guest’s vacation truly special.
A warm welcome with distinctive touches of Mexican hospitality that sets The Royal Haciendas apart, attention to detail, offering solutions for any guest issues that may arise and the importance of training are key aspects of her leadership. Sandra encourages team members to take advantage of training opportunities to develop their potential and pursue their professional goals.
Sandra is always looking for ways to add new amenities and activities for guests to enjoy. This includes working with her team during the year to organize events and activities that offer guests a glimpse of Mexico and its rich heritage, through art, music, cuisine and traditional festivals.
Sandra’s award for leadership follows a Tripadvisor Traveler’s Choice award for The Royal Haciendas team in 2024. In 2023, the resort also received the Tripadvisor Best of the Best in the World 2023 award in the family friendly resort category.
Sandra is keen to share that every contribution that she makes is driven by her dedication to upholding the exceptional level of service that The Royal Haciendas team strives for.
