If you are staying at Royal Resorts in October you’ll notice that many of our team members wear the pink ribbon in observance of Cancer Awareness Month.
The Royal Resorts Foundation has made the campaign against cancer one of its causes and provides cancer screening and treatment for patients, giving them the help they need to combat the disease and a second chance for life.
In September, it launched its annual breast cancer screening initiative to give women team members access to mammogram testing in October and November. In 2023, Royal Resorts Foundation donations funded mammograms for 106 women working at the Cancun resorts, The Royal Haciendas and Grand Residences.
Additionally, 500 male team members were screened for prostate cancer in 2023.
