A Celebration of Asian Flavors
Are you staying at The Royal Haciendas this summer? We hope you’ll plan an evening at Kinoko to enjoy sublime Asian flavors. The menu showcases recipes from China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam and Thailand and you’ll always find a new dish to try or the favorites you order time and time again.
Order sushi or head straight for the appetizers, perhaps spring rolls or pork belly bao, tempura shrimp or a Vietnamese roll. There are Thai-inspired salads and chow mein or pad Thai if you are craving noodles.
Main courses include wok donburi, a seafood dish with basil, garlic and krapow sauce, beef in bankai sauce and sweet and sour pork. Order one of the chef’s specials, showstoppers such as lamb chop with massaman curry sauce, beef in teriyaki sauce or Asian-inspired surf and turf.
Be sure to save space for dessert, the signature chocolate, orange and caramelized ginger cake, tempura ice cream or Japanese-style cheesecake are some of the tempting options.
So choose Asian flavors and the fragrance of spices and herbs for an unforgettable Riviera Maya evening and if you are a fan of teppanyaki, be sure to book a table for Teppanyaki night (seatings: 5,7 and 9 p.m.). Kinoko is open from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., closed Saturday.
