This refreshing blend of mezcal and sparkling wine with a dash of cherry liqueur and orange juice is available in all our restaurants and bars this month and for each one ordered a donation will be made to fund Foundation initiatives: 

• Children’s education – scholarships for 35 girls in their fourth year of middle school at Colegio Mano Amiga
• Physiotherapy for six children with mobility and neurological challenges at the CRIT, Cancun Teletón Rehabilitation Center
• Cancer screening for breast and prostate cancer 
• Employee Relief Fund, a helping hand for staff and their families in times of crisis, serious illness or major surgery
• Support for conservation of ecosystems and rare wildlife in the Yucatan Peninsula, coral  reef monitoring, water management to protect cenotes and underground rivers, sustainable development
