Discover Mexico’s most famous spirits

Hacienda Sisal is the venue for the Tequila & Mezcal Pairing, a flavorful and fascinating look at Mexico’s famous spirits, their history and the art of drinking them. Learn all about the agave plants that yield the sugary sap which is fermented and distilled to produce tequila and mezcal and sample them. You’ll sip five different brands of tequila and mezcal and enjoy a tasting menu of traditional Mexican dishes.

This experience is every Monday and Friday at Hacienda Sisal and there are two sittings: 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. or 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Are you ready to book your space?

Fine dining

An evening of fine cuisine, candlelight, great conversation with family and friends and live music awaits you in El Conquistador at The Royal Islander and Los Murales at The Royal Haciendas. Order from the a la carte menu or ask about the chef’s specials and tableside flambées.

Enjoy fresh lobster, shrimp and the Captain’s catch of the day in the waterfront setting of Captain’s Cove. Get there early and enjoy a cocktail on the deck at sunset.

If you are in the mood for Asian cuisine, Kinoko at The Royal Haciendas is the spot. Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Thai dishes, sushi and signature cocktails are all on the menu. Book your table for the Teppanyaki and Shabu-shabu show cooking experiences.
