The Municipal Environmental Tax charged to hotel and resort guests in Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya (Solidaridad), Cancun (Benito Juarez) and Puerto Morelos increases on February 1, 2022.

In Cancun and Playa del Carmen, if you are staying in a the one-bedroom suite or lock off room the fee is $28.87 pesos per night and $57.74 pesos per night for the two-bedroom villa.

For Grand Residences $28.87 is charged per door: $28.87 pesos per night for the lock off or one-bedroom suite, $57.74 pesos per night for the two-bedroom suite and $86.61 pesos per night for the three-bedroom suite.

This fee is in Mexican pesos and is not covered by the Member Club Service Fee or by REFINE All-Inclusive or European Plan room rates or All in Grand rates at Grand Residences.
