After our brush with Hurricane Delta and Hurricane Zeta, we wanted to reach out and reassure you that your home away from home is ready and waiting for you.
In both cases, the Hurricane Contingency Plan was activated to keep members and guests safe and protect the resort installations.
During Hurricane Zeta, members and guests were able to remain in their units at the resorts due to the fact that it was forecast to make landfall as a lower category storm. Brigades of staff stayed on property to look after them, making them as comfortable as possible in the circumstances.
The effects of both storms at our resorts were minimal and our incredible staff worked very hard to clean the pools and sun decks and restore services in record time. Members and guests were soon enjoying their vacation again.
We have a few more details to tend to which will be taken care of by Saturday. We are ready to receive incoming members and guests.
