¾ oz vodka
¾ oz white rum
2 oz orange juice
2 oz strawberries
¼ banana
1 oz Kahlua
¼ oz grenadine

Blend and serve in a wide brimmed glass, garnish with melon pearls and orange slices.

Caribbean Sunset
29.75 ml Coconut liqueur
15 ml Blue Curaçao
119 ml pineapple juice
29.75 ml aged Bacardi Rum
180g ice
15 g fresh pineapple
5g melon

Place ice in a goblet and pour over the Curaçao, pineapple juice, coconut liqueur and aged rum. Garnish with pineapple slices and melon pearls
