On June 1, the government gave the green light for the gradual reactivation of certain sectors of the Quintana Roo economy, including construction. This means that after a three-month delay, building and renovation work has now resumed at Royal Uno.
Although our teams have been working hard on other aspects of the Royal Uno project such as restaurant concepts and menu planning, activity programs and room décor, the pause in construction and the disruption that the national lockdown has caused in the supply chain has meant changes to the timeline. Royal Uno will now be opening in June 2021.
