Welcoming you home year after year
Mirna is not alone in her long years of service. Many other Royal Resorts employees have been with the company for more than 10, 15, 20, 25 and even 30 years. Some are the waiters that greet you with a smile, ask after your children and bring you your favorite cocktail; others are gardeners, bellboys, maids, security or Front desk staff. Others work behind the scenes in Maintenance or accounting and some even work in the Merida office. Wherever they are, they are part of the Royal Resorts Family and dedicated to making each vacation even better than the last.
Every three months employees who are passing an important milestone in their careers at Royal Resorts are invited to a special breakfast with department heads and Management representatives. This breakfast is one of the events organized during the year by the Human Development department.
