In the annual Distintivo H inspections certifying kitchen hygiene and food storage facilities, Captain’s Cove, Hacienda Sisal, Tradewinds, La Veranda, La Palapa at The Royal Cancun, bars and Royal Roast Coffee Co. all scored top marks and a 100 percent pass rate. The employee dining rooms at The Royal Sands, The Royal Caribbean and The Royal Cancun also passed with flying colors.
Distintivo H is a quality certification program for restaurants and hotel kitchens coordinated by the Mexican Tourism Board.
