Travelers stranded due to the blizzard in Northeast United States

In a move to assist members and guests from the Northeastern United States who have been stranded as a result of the massive blizzard now affecting the area, Royal Resorts would like to announce the following contingency measures:

For guests currently staying at Royal Resorts

Members and guests who are due to return home to cities in the Northeastern US today or tomorrow and have been informed by their airline that their flight has been cancelled as a result of the storm are requested to contact the Front Desk at Ext. 171 in order to make the necessary arrangements. They may also call the Reservations Center directly from their villa at Ext. 161 (8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST). Every effort will be made to accommodate members and guests who have been affected by this severe winter storm.

Inbound travelers

Members and guests who have had their flights canceled or are snowed in and unable to travel may deposit their unit in the Royal Resorts Rental Program. You may do this online at www.royalclubvacations.com (log in with your email and Royal Resorts PIN number). If you are unable to do this, please call Interval Servicing (ISCO) at US/Canada: 1-800-930-5050, Elsewhere: 954-485-5400 for assistance.

Members and guests who are already on their way to

Cancún but fear that they may be affected by the storm and stranded due to flight cancellations for their return journey should contact

the Front Desk for help if this turns out to be the case.

To all our members and guests who live in the Northeastern United States, we are thinking about you.  Remain indoors, keep warm and stay safe.
