Thanksgiving is almost upon us and it isn’t long to Christmas and New Year either. Members and guests who are traveling to Royal Resorts for the festive season will find that the chefs have plenty of tempting options in store for them.
The traditional Thanksgiving Buffet will be available at La Palapa in The Royal Cancun, Cayo Largo at The Royal Islander, Tradewinds at The Royal Caribbean, La Veranda at The Royal Sands and La Palapa del Sol at The Royal Haciendas in Playa del Carmen for those who crave their roast turkey and all the trimmings even on vacation. There will be live music at La Veranda and Tradewinds. The buffets cost $330 pesos per person (tax included) plus 15% service charge at the Cancun resorts and $345 pesos at The Royal Haciendas.
El Conquistador restaurant at The Royal Mayan will be offering a Thanksgiving special with turkey or roast beef in addition to the regular a la carte menu (price $330 pesos per person for turkey or $375 pesos per person for filet mignon, both include tax but not the 15% service charge). As Thursday is Mexican Night at Hacienda Sisal with the popular Dinner Show, the mouthwatering Mexican buffet will also include turkey and roast beef (Dinner Show $595 pesos per person, tax included, plus 15% service charge). Los Murales seafood restaurant at The Royal Haciendas will open as normal, offering the a la carte menu.
The celebrations continue on Christmas Day with buffets at La Palapa (The Royal Cancun), Cayo Largo, Tradewinds, La Veranda and La Palapa del Sol at The Royal Haciendas. El Conquistador is offering a Christmas special and the Hacienda Sisal Sunday Brunch will feature roast turkey and beef.
Ring in 2012 with your friends at Royal Resorts with delicious food, music, DJs and more. There will be buffets at La Veranda and La Palapa (The Royal Cancun) and special New Year’s Eve dinners at El Conquistador and Hacienda Sisal. Captain’s Cove is offering a buffet, open domestic bar and a DJ and there’s a party at Pancho & Willy’s next door. The festivities at The Royal Haciendas will take place on the terrace in Phase I (weather permitting) and include a buffet, open bar (domestic drinks), live music and a DJ. La Palapa del Sol will be used in the event of rain or high winds.
