If you are a rugby union fan you might think that the Mexican Caribbean is the last place you would expect to see a game and you would be wrong. Cancun has a rugby team and will be hosting the Cancun International Rugby Sevens on June 27 and 28.
Blackheath, the oldest rugby club in London, is sending a team to this seven-a-side tournament, which is part of the Mexico-UK 2015 year of cultural, academic, trade and sporting events.
