The Wi-Fi technology used at The Royal Haciendas is being upgraded in March and the first half of April in order to improve the quality of the signal and expand compatibility with most devices.
During this period, users may notice occasional variations in the speed and quality of the Wi-Fi signal. Resort Management apologizes in advance for any inconvenience that this upgrade work may cause.
Members and guests may call *HELP (*4357) for technical assistance from Wi-Fi support staff.
