9 oz fish stock

2 jumbo shrimp
1 oz cooked octopus
2 black mussels
1 oz squid
1 oz scallops
1 oz lobster
2 oz grouper fillet
2 green mussels
1 oz sliced zucchini
1 oz sliced carrot
½ oz sliced celery
½ oz sliced white onion
¼ tsp chopped parsley

Sauté the seafood in olive oil with chopped garlic, onion, zucchini, celery and carrot.
