Ingredients given below are per person.
4 oz cooked shrimp
2 ½ oz grouper fillet (diced)
4 oz pico de gallo
1 oz garlic oil
1 ½ oz lime juice
Salt & pepper
1 lettuce leaf
1 sliced tomato
¼ lime
1 ½ oz diced avocado
2 olives
3 oz tortilla chips
Crackers

Mix the cooked shrimp and fish and add the pico de gallo and garlic oil. Sprinkle liberally with lime juice and stir well. Season and serve in a shallow bowl. Garnish with lettuce, lime slices, avocado and olives
