We have some great news for Members who would love to enjoy even more pampering on their Royal Resorts vacation. Starting April 26, the REFINE All-Inclusive package will be launched at The Royal Cancun, joining The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas where it has been available for a year now.
This is an exciting development for The Royal Cancun, as it will bring a wealth of new services for members and guests to enjoy during their stay, including a second restaurant –an Italian Trattoria–, a supervised kids club, 24-hour room service, a lobby bar and additional activities and entertainment options. And when it comes to dining, the package also includes access to longtime favorite restaurants: Captain’s Cove, Hacienda Sisal and El Conquistador and Pancho & Willy’s Bar, in addition to all-inclusive amenities and activities at The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas. This component of the package has proved popular with many members who have already taken the All-Inclusive option at The Royal Sands or The Royal Haciendas.
New services apart, offering the package at The Royal Cancun has additional benefits such as increased rental opportunities for member units, higher occupancy levels and better utilization of services that lead to more efficient resort operations, all key to keeping annual maintenance fees lower than the industry standard.
The wide beach, calm, shallow water and a friendly, welcoming ambiance make The Royal Cancun the perfect spot for a family vacation, however market research shows that parents traveling with small children prefer all-inclusive resorts in Cancún or the Riviera Maya because they offer dining, activity and entertainment options for everyone in the family. We think that the introduction of the REFINE All-Inclusive package at The Royal Cancun will make it a more attractive option in the rental market significantly increasing the probability of renting Members’ units.
The implementation of the REFINE All-Inclusive package will also allow us to reopen the lagoon-view buildings that we were forced to close two years ago and to bring back staff that had been transferred due to low occupancy levels.
The REFINE All-Inclusive package at The Royal Cancun will be optional for members and their guests any time that they stay at the resort, just as it is at The Royal Sands and The Royal Haciendas. A special discounted member rate is available to Members who decide that they to take their Royal Resorts relaxation one step further with the all-inclusive pampering that the REFINE package offers.
Non-member renters booking accommodation at the resort through an online travel agency such as Expedia or the Reservations Center will have the REFINE All-Inclusive package included in their daily accommodation rate.
