Grand Residences welcomed its first owners and guests with a private dinner hosted on Sunday, December 8. The dinner showcased a special fixed menu prepared by Grand Residences’ executive chef Yann Michel Cozic from France. Chef Cozic trained at the famous École Supérieure de Cuisine Française Ferrandi in Paris and moved to Mexico City in 2005, where he worked for the Presidente Intercontinental Hotel. Prior to joining Grand Residences, he was the Executive Chef at the famous Au Pied de Cochon restaurant. The menu he prepared for the evening featured exquisite dishes such as eggplant cannelloni with tomato and mozzarella confit and basil pesto, filet Perigourdine with Portobello mushrooms, and wild berry trifle. Owners and guests were hosted by the Grand Residences team led by Mr. Carlo Bicaci, the newly appointed General Manager, and by members of the Royal Resorts Executive team.
