The latest property in the Royal Resorts Collection, Grand Residences by Royal Resorts® picked up two Perspective Magazine awards: Best Fractional Resort in Latin America and Best Fractional Resort Worldwide, at the international GNEX Conference held in Beverly Hills from February 4 to 6, 2013, beating a field of top competitors.
Organized by Perspective Magazine, the annual GNEX Conference (Global Networking Expo) brings together leaders from the fields of vacation ownership, real estate and the hospitality industry and its prestigious awards honor outstanding properties or individuals. These awards put Grand Residences well and truly on the world stage, showcasing its beautiful Puerto Morelos beach setting, the luxury and size of the 123 ocean-view units and the stellar array of amenities, benefits and experiences that will be offered to owners.
The Perspective Magazine awards follow previous accolades for Grand Residences, including the property’s affiliation with The Leading Hotels of the World® in 2011.

In 2012, Grand Residences by Royal Resorts received further praise from Dr. Richard Ragatz, a highly respected feasibility analyst and market researcher in the industry. Building began at Grand Residences in May 2012 and the first phase is slated for completion by the end of 2013.
