It has come to our attention in recent months that some members have received phone calls or emails from individuals or suspicious resale companies (examples include World Event Management, Creative Event Management and Event Specialists International and Daniel Dobrin). We would like to stress that Royal Resorts is in no way affiliated or represented by the aforementioned companies or persons. We have taken steps to ensure that these companies do not continue to misrepresent themselves or use our brand fraudulently.

This is not the first time that we have received reports of this nature. Some members have told us about calls or emails from companies claiming to represent a well-known exchange company, inviting them to a dinner event in their town to speak about their membership or the new changes being planned by Royal Resorts. Those who attended this dinner discovered that it is actually a sales event.

Other members have reported phone calls or emails from various resale companies claiming to represent Royal Resorts or other well-known resort groups. They claim that they have a buyer for the member’s Royal Resorts Membership and that they do not charge a sales commission but instead all they need to do is pay a title search fee for the sale to take place.

If you receive a phone call or email of this nature we recommend that you report it and proceed with caution. If you have already had a phone call or email of this nature and have information to share, please feel free to contact us.
